Contributor Bios

Anna writes a zine called With Heart in Mouth by, about and for race traitors, sex philosophers, gender deviants, and freaks of all kinds. She studies art and black women’s studies at the University of Maryland and plays drums in a band called gürth.

Artnoose is a letterpress printer living in the Bay Area. She publishes the all letterpress zine Ker-bloom! and runs a custom print shop.

Young Chung practices art making and theoretical and experimental writing in Los Angeles, CA.

Kerry Downey is a mixed-media artist, a participant in the Flux Factory, and a companion to the elderly extraordinaire. www.fluxfactory.org

Macho Cabrera Estévez is a Queer Mixed Cuban-unamerican butch fag and creator of Ana Castro zine who writes political satire and creative nonfiction.

Diana Garcia is based in Austin, Texas, has taught for the past 10 years in public schools and plays in an art-damaged punk band.

Noella Kingsley prints, knits and lives in Portland, Maine.

L.N.R. is an educator, zine publisher, printmaker, and writer who hopes to incite youth to revolution through making independent media.

Ian Lundy was born and raised in a little town called Fort Pierce, Florida. He went to college in a bigger town that he thought was a city; then moved to New York.

Stephanie Müller is an artist and graduate student living in Munich, Germany.

Sugene lives in El Cerrito, CA but grew up in New York and studied painting and book arts in Massachusettes and England. She currently focuses her efforts on crafts and anti-art and creates and sells various creations under the name All This Is Mine at www.allthisismine.com.

Sally Willowbee has photographed folk art environments for more than 30 years, discovering them on the side of the road, in front yards, side yards and backyards.
